Please note:  Although we use utmost care in filling your containers and rarely have problems, the effects of heat on man-made materials can sometimes be unpredictable.  We are not responsible for any breakage that may occur in the process of filling your containers.

Shipping Instructions: 

 

1.       Be remove any old wax and clean your containers before shipping them to us.

2.       If you want to estimate the cost of filling your container, fill it with water and measure the water with a standard household measuring cup. Multiply the number of ounces by 42˘ then add a 50˘ wicking fee for each container. We will measure your containers again before filling them so this step isn’t necessary unless you want an idea of the cost.

  1. If you are shipping multiple containers, use the shipping form to give us a brief description of each container so we’ll know the fragrance you want in each.

 

  1. Please send us only the containers to be filled.  It isn’t necessary to send lids, decorative stands the containers rest in, etc. 

 

  1. Pack your containers well!  Use lots of foam peanuts, bubble wrap, crumpled papers, or other suitable packing materials to cushion your containers (shake the box--if you can hear anything, you need more packing material!). Include the completed shipping form inside the box. Complete the “From” information on the shipping label below and attach the label to the outside of your shipping box.

 

  1. Your containers will generally be filled and shipped back to you within three to five business days of our receipt. Unless prior arrangements have been made, we will ship your containers to you via Federal Express Ground Service.
